Whether it’s an important deal discount, a white hot support case that needs sign off, or a custom business process that needs attention to keep moving across the organization, Woobot now enables all your Salesforce approval workflows you spent so much time building for your teams. And that’s what it’s all about – making it easy for your teams to make decisions and avoid problems before they happen while driving productivity!

Approvals In Microsoft Teams

Submitting a record for approval in Microsoft Teams is as simple as pulling up a record to kick off the process. Woobot will take care of the rest – including notifying the right people in Teams so they can respond, comment, and move it down the chain.

Let’s look at a sample Sales Opportunity that needs a discount approval.

We want to track a 25% discount on our Radiohead – Live at Red Rocks Opportunity. So we’ll pull up that record, edit the Discount Amount, and Submit for Approval.

Woobot will notify the record approver of the request, and they can respond inline by Approving the record with Comments. Woobot goes a step further by exposing the Approval History so everyone involved can see the history of the Approval and any associated comments.

To complete the loop, Woobot will notify the requester on each step of the process, in this case that the Discount has been Approved!

Bringing It All Together

Your Organization doesn’t have any time to waste. Internal and external conversations across your teams need to be informed by the data driving the decision making – and approvals will help you align decision makers in real time.

The power of the Microsoft Teams and Slack platforms, coupled with Woobot’s deep Salesforce integration for Approval Workflows, now allows enterprises to harness this new competitive edge – supported by a unique blend of customer data and workflow that seamlessly threads itself within the conversation!

The new competitive advantage is here. It combines collaboration, community, and workflow into one seamless experience that is digital and collaboration native. As organizations begin to realize the value of going all in on collaboration, those that miss this opportunity will be stuck playing catch up, or simply be left behind. When time is of the essence, and those approval clocks are ticking, every minute saved allows your teams to get back to being productive.

What’s Next?

It’s pretty simple.

We want to make working with enterprise data as easy as chatting with your team, because it just makes sense.

Now it’s your turn to experience the magic!

Brandon Oelling

Hey there! I'm Brandon Oelling, the founder of Woobot.io. Our team was awash in a sea of source systems, logins, and web forms to do simple things like responding to important changes in our business and collaborating with one another. We envisioned a world where our enterprise data lived in perfect harmony within our collaboration platforms. Turns out we weren't alone, so we built Woobot.io to fix that.
