This privacy statement covers the Web site Woobot.io (“Site”) and personally identifiable information about users of our services and products (“Services”) owned and operated by Woobot Inc. (“Woobot”).
EU-U.S. Privacy Shield
Woobot is committed to subjecting all personal data received from European Union (EU) member countries, in reliance on the Privacy Shield Framework, to the Framework’s applicable Principles. Woobot is responsible for the processing of personal data it receives, under the Privacy Shield Framework, and subsequently transfers to a third party acting as an agent on its behalf. Any questions, comments or complaints about the data practices (including without limitation compliance with data privacy principles of notice, choice, onward transfer, access, security, data integrity, or enforcement) of a hosted online OnBoarding software customer or partner for whom Woobot processes data should be addressed to that customer or partner.
Woobot Inc. complies with the U.S.—Swiss Safe Harbor framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal data from Switzerland.
Information Collection, Use, Choices and Data Integrity
You can generally visit our Site without revealing any personally identifiable information about yourself. However, in certain sections of this Site, we may invite you to contact us with questions or comments, register for webinars or events, participate in surveys, request information or more information about our Services or log a support case to request technical support. Due to the nature of some of these activities, we may collect personally identifiable information, such as your name, address, email address and phone number, username, password and any other personally identifiable information you elect to include in your communications sent to us. For example, we may have access to certain usernames that you use to login to third party services and websites and data that you store in your accounts with such third party services. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We do obtain the customer’s consent prior to posting the testimonial to post their name along with their testimonial. If you use a bulletin board, blog, or chat room on this Site, you should be aware that any personally identifiable information you submit there can be read, collected, or used by other users of these forums, and could be used to send you unsolicited messages.
