Here’s what a typical day might look like for a high-performance sales team using Woobot for Teams.
Here we have a new lead from Alan Parsons that has been assigned to for followup.
Aaron needs to engage with Alan ASAP, and he wants to collaborate with his team member Eric to qualify the deal and convert this Lead to an Account and Contact, so he can move things down the funnel.
Eric can open the lead record, and from there he’ll update the status to Qualified, share that update with the team, and Convert the Lead.
After the demo, Alan tells the team he’s interested in getting a quote, but the team needs Opportunity support from the deal desk because of some pricing discounts Alan is asking for. With compose extensions, they can search and share the Alan Parsons Project Opportunity in context with the deal desk so they can move the things forward!
From there, Eric can pull Brandon into the conversation so the Deal Desk can collaborate with them on the Opportunity details.
Now, when your Opportunities advance, so does your business, and those hand-offs to other team members to help close the deal can now all be driven from within Teams, so critical sales insights can now be captured quickly without disrupting your teams conversational flow.
By combining card actions and dialogs within Teams we enable a whole universe of possibilities to drive the business forward in context!
